摘要

目的 为了让临床药学实习生在临床实习阶段更好地提升临床思维能力,摸索SOAP思维模式在临床带学过程中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年6月至2023年6月于潍坊医学院附属医院实习的32名临床药学学生作为研究对象,按照区组随机分组方法分为试验组(16名)与对照组(16名).对照组采用传统的带教方法,试验组采用SOAP思维模式带教方法.比较两组基础知识考核成绩、药历书写评分、实践答辩成绩及教学效果评价.结果 两组的基础知识考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组的药历书写评分成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的答辩考试结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组在教学满意度方面、提升学习兴趣方面及提高临床思维能力方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 运用SOAP临床思维模式对临床药学学生实习带教,能够更好地提高实习学生的临床思维能力,更早地建立起临床药师思维模式,进一步提高临床药师在临床的作用体现临床药师价值.

Abstract

Objective In order to enhance the clinical thinking ability of clinical pharmacy interns during the clinical in-ternship stage and explore the application effect of the SOAP thinking mode in the clinical teaching process.Methods Thir-ty-two clinical pharmacy students who practiced in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into experimental group(16 students)and control group(16 students)according to the block group randomization method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the SOAP thinking mode teaching method.The results of basic knowledge assessment,medical history writing score,practice defense score and teaching effect evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in basic knowledge assessment(P>0.05).The score of drug history writing in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test result of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction,learning interest and clinical thinking ability,of experimental group were better than those in control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of SOAP clinical thinking mode to teach clinical pharmacy students can better improve the clinical thinking ability of intern students,establish the thinking mode of clinical pharmacists earlier,and further improve the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice and reflect the value of clinical pharmacists.
