Objective To analyze the effect of phased nursing on CT-guided three dimensional after-load radiotherapy for cervical cancer and its influence on the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Department of Oncology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group received phased nursing method,while the control group received routine nursing method.The psychological status,complication rate,nursing satisfaction,tumor remission rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total tumor remission rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The life quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Phased nurs-ing intervention can reduce various complications in three dimensional after-load radiotherapy,alleviate the adverse psy-chological emotions of patients after radiotherapy,effectively control the development of tumors,improve nursing satisfaction,and thus improve the prognosis,which is worth promoting.
