Objective To explore the application effect of early warning automatic scoring program in the risk management of patients in general wards.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 985 patients from the general wards of Fengcheng People's Hospital and Fengcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the research subjects.Among them,491 patients hospitalized between June and December 2022 were used as the control group,and manual early warning scores were performed by nurses.494 patients hospitalized between January and June 2023 were used as the observation group,and data was collected by nurses and the early warning automatic scoring program was used to stratify high,medium,and low risk.The accuracy of scoring time,unplanned ICU transfer and graded nursing were compared between the two groups.Re-sults The calculation time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rate of unplanned ICU transfer in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the accuracy of graded nursing was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion The early warning automatic scoring program has good differentiation ability for critically ill patients in ordinary wards,reducing the calculation of scoring time and the number of unplanned transfers to the ICU,and improving the accura-cy of graded nursing.
