Objective To study the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nasal surgery patients and its influence on self-management.Methods A total of 88 patients with nasal surgery admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jiujiang City from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the bicolor sphere method,44 patients who got the red sphere were set as the control group and received routine care,44 patients who got the blue sphere were included in the observation group and comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out.The emotional scores of the two groups were compared,including self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-esteem scale,Herth hope index(HHI),self-management ability,numerical rating scale(NRS)and nursing satisfaction.Results After intervention,SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and self-esteem scale scores,HHI scores and self-management ability scores were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The NRS scores of the observation group at 2,12,24 and 48 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing interven-tion in nasal surgery patients can alleviate their negative emotions and postoperative pain,promote the improvement of their self-esteem and hope level,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve self-management ability and satisfaction.
