Objective To explore the material basis and mechanism of Simiao Yong'an Decoction in the treatment of psoria-sis based on network pharmacology.Methods The effective components and targets of Simiao Yong'an Decoction were ob-tained from Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology(TCMSP)database,the psoriasis related targets were ob-tained from GeneCards,the Jvenn online drawing tool platform was used to build Venn diagram,to obtain the intersecting targets.The intersecting targetss were imported into STRING database to construct protein-protein intraction(PPI)network,and the key targets were screened by Cytoscape 3.8.2 software.the key targets were enriched by GO and KEGG.Results A total of 274 active components of Simiao Yong'an Decoction,353 targets,1 364 psoriasis-related targets,136 intersectional targets were obtained.The main active components were Quercetin,ursolic acid,Kaempferol,etc.Key targets included AKT1,TP53,IL6,etc.Key targets GO enrichment analysis yielded 356 relevant entries,biological processes were mainly enriched in response to molecule of bacterial origin,response to peptide,positive regulation of protein phosphorylation,etc.;the KEGG pathway obtained 165 signaling pathways,mainly involving Lipid and atherosclerosis,EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance,Pathways in cancer,and so on.Conclusion Simiao Yong'an Decoction uses high flavonoids such as quercetin,kaolin and apigenin to act on AKT1,TP53,IL6 and other targets,regulate blood lipids and atherosclerosis,epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance,cancer pathogenesis pathway and other pathways,and plays a role in the treatment of psoriasis by regulating in-flammation,blood lipids,immune microenvironment and other pharmacological effects.
