Objective To investigate the effect of digital pressure test bandage on compression dressing after head, neck and maxillofacial flap transplantation. Methods A total of 120 patients with benign and malignant tumors in head, neck and maxillofacial region after skin flap transplantation were selected from January 2021 to October 2022 in the Department of Facial,Joint Logistic Support Force 908th Hospital. They were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the study group(60 cases)according to the method of lot.The control group received craniomaxillary elastic bandages, and the study group received digital pressure test bandages. The survival rate, optimal pressure value, wear tolerance time, wound healing time, postoperative complications, pain and comfort, and appearance satisfaction after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The survival rate and appearance satisfaction rate of skin flap in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The optimal pressure value was higher than that of control group, wearing tolerance time of the study group was longer than that of the control group, and the dressing time and wound healing time were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significances(P<0.05).The pain degree score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group, with statistical sig-nificances(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital information bandages have great advantages in the compression bandaging of head, neck and maxillofacial skin flap transplantation, which can significantly improve the survival rate of skin flap and re-duce postoperative complications.
