Objective To explore the effect of small needle knife combined with acupuncture,massage and traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 50 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who were admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Qianjiang Central Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25)by computer random number method.The patients in the observation group were treated with small needle knife combined with acupuncture,massage and traction,and the patients in the control group were treated with small needle knife.The symptoms,signs,pain and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared,and the therapeutic effect and inci-dence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Small needle knife combined with acupuncture,massage and traction for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can help to improve the symptoms and signs of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,control the incidence of adverse events,and improve the treatment effect.
