Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on gastroesophageal re-flux disease with sleep disorder.Methods A total of 70 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with sleep disorder in Sanming Second Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets,and the observation group was treated with modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,total traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaire(GerdQ)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,average daily acid reflux times and sleep time in 1 week were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of TCM syndrome,GerdQ score,PSQI score and average daily acid reflux times in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the clinical effect was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The average sleep time per night in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with Rabeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets alone,modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction has a better effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease pa-tients with sleep disorder.It can effectively improve digestive symptoms,improve sleep quality,reduce acid reflux times and prolong sleep time.
