摘要

目的 对岑溪地区10 000名中学生的心理健康现状进行调查,并分析其影响因素,为中学生的心理健康干预提供依据.方法 于2021年10月至2023年10月筛选岑溪地区10 000名中学生作为研究对象,应用"石都心港"心理健康服务软件平台,采用90项症状清单(SCL90)、患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对入选的在校中学生进行心理测评,对所有研究对象的测评数据及时进行整理、汇总、记录,采用多元线性回归分析影响心理状态的因素.结果 岑溪地区10 000名中学生心理健康各量表得分总体偏高,SCL90评分为(62.35±4.21)分、PHQ-9评分(10.35±1.34)分、SAS评分为(58.34±4.69)分.不同年龄、性别、年级学生的SCL90、PHQ-9、SAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄≥15岁、女生、高中是中学生心理健康(SAS评分、SCL90得分、PHQ-9评分)的独立影响因素(P<0.05).结论 需重视中学生的心理健康,加强关注具有上述影响因素的学生,制订针对性、个性化干预措施.

Abstract

Objective The psychological health status of 10 000 middle school students in Cenxi area was investigated and its influencing factors were analyzed to provide the basis for the intervention of middle school students'mental health.Meth-ods From October 2021 to October 2023,a total of 10 000 middle school students in Cenxi area were selected as the re-search objects,and the 90-item symptom list(SCL90),patient health questionnare-9(PHQ-9)and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)were used to conduct psychological assessment on the selected middle school students using the"Shiduxingang"mental health service software platform.The evaluation data of all subjects were sorted out,summarized and recorded in time,and the factors affecting mental state were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results The scores of mental health scales of 10 000 middle school students in Cenxi area were generally high,the SCL90 score was(62.35±4.21),the PHQ-9 score was(10.35±1.34),and the SAS score was(58.34±4.69).There were significant differences in SCL90,PHQ-9 and SAS scores among students of different ages,genders and grades(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age ≥ 15 years old,girls and high school were the independent influencing factors on the mental health of mid-dle school students(SAS score,SCL90 score and PHQ-9 score)(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the mental health of middle school students,pay more attention to the students with the above influencing factors,and formulate targeted and personalized intervention measures.
