Objective To investigate the improvement effect of target feedback teaching mode for service effect and innovation capability of elderly care talents in vocational colleges.Methods A total of 89 students majoring in elderly health and management major of Chuzhou City Vocational College from September 2022 to September 2023 were chosen as the study object,and they were divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by the random number table.The control group were with routine teaching,the observation group were with target feedback teaching mode.Then the service effect(service effect score of community home and elderly care institutions)and innovation capability(innovation capability evaluation scale)before and after the teaching,satisfaction with the teaching modes of two groups were compared.Results The service effect score of community home and elderly care institutions and innovation capability evaluation scale of two groups before the teaching were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the service effect score of community home and elderly care institutions and innovation capability evaluation scale of two groups at second month after the teaching were significantly higher than the scores before the teaching,the service effect score of community home and elderly care institutions and innovation capability evaluation scale of observation group after the teaching were significantly higher than those of control group,the total satisfaction rates with teaching modes was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The target feedback teaching mode can significantly improve the service effect and innovation capability of elderly care talents in vocational colleges,and it is more recognized,so its application value is relatively higher.
