Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation method in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)teaching for nurses in department of cardiology.Methods A total of 50 nurses in cardiology department in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine training method,and the observation group was given scenario simulation method.The CPR ability,theoretical achievement before and after training,skill index,resuscitation efficiency index and evaluation of training methods were compared between the two groups.Results The CPR abilities,theoretical achievements,operational skills,learning initiative,critical and divergent thinking ability,independent problem solving ability,teamwork,interpersonal awareness,expression and communication ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The application time of resuscitation efficiency index in obser-vation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion The use of scenario simulation method in CPR teaching of nurses in cardiology department can improve nurses'CPR a-bility and their abilities of theoretical achievement and skill operation index.It has good teaching effect and is worthy of clinical popularization.
