摘要
三叉苦属芸香科吴茱萸属,性寒,味苦,归肝、肺、胃经,具有清热解毒、行气止痛、燥湿止痒功效,属清热药下分类的清热燥湿药,主治咽喉肿痛、风湿骨痛、疟疾黄疸、湿疹、皮炎、跌打损伤及虫蛇咬伤等症.研究显示,三叉苦含有生物碱、香豆素、黄酮、寡糖、喹啉和色烯类等多种化学成分,但不同季节、产地采摘的不同部位三叉苦采用不同提取方式或炮制方法,其化学成分与含量存在显著差异,药理作用也不尽相同.近代药理学研究显示三叉苦具有抑菌抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、保肝及调节血脂血糖代谢等明显药用价值.本文从其化学成分与含量及影响因素、细胞和动物模型水平研究显示的药理作用综述国内外对三叉苦的研究,拟为其后续进一步研究和临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Evodia lepta(Spreng)Merr,kinds of heat-clearing and dampness-drying medicine,belongs to rutaecarpa(Ru-taceae),cold,taste bitter,belonging to the liver,lung,and stomach meridian,possessing effects of heat-clearing,detoxifica-tion,promoting the flow of qi,pain relief,drying the wetness,and itching relief,mainly treats sore throat,rheumatism bone pain,malaria jaundice,eczema,dermatitis,bruises and insect snake bites and other symptoms.Studies have shown that E.lepta contains alkaloids,coumarins,flavonoids,oligosaccharides,quinoline,chromes and other chemical components.But,the variety of chemical components and pharmacological efficacy of E.lepta extracts are relied on the various extraction methods,processing procedures,obtained regions,collected seasons and plant portions.Recent pharmacological studies have shown that the extracts of E.lepta possess many medicinal values such as bacteriostasis,anti-inflammation,anti-oxi-dation,anti-tumor,protecting liver,and regulating blood lipid and glucose metabolism.We have intensely reviewed the global investigations of E.lepta's chemical constituents and contents,including the influencing factors,the pharmacological effects on cells and animal models to provide further study and clinical application in the future.
