Effect of Danshen Injection on the clinical efficacy,right heart function and blood gas analysis of pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danshen Injection on pneumoconiosis complicated with pul-monary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with pneumoconiosis combined with pulmonary heart disease admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the conventional group(n=30)and the Danshen group(n=30)according to random number table method.The conventional group was treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,and the Danshen group was treated with Dan-shen Injection on the basis of the conventional group.Both the two groups were treated continuously for two weeks.Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound was performed before and after treatment to compare the size of the right heart cavity and the Tei index of the right ventricle between the two groups,the clinical efficacy and blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,partial arterial oxygen pressure,blood oxygen saturation percentage in Danshen group were higher than those in the conventional group,right ventricular cavity size and right ventricular Tei index in Dan-shen group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood in the Danshen group was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Danshen injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,blood gas index and right heart function in patients with pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary heart disease.
