Diagnostic efficiency and safety analysis of CT-guided lung biopsy in pa-tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pul-monary nodules
Objective To select patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary nodules and analyze the value of CT guided lung biopsy. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary nodules admitted to Department of Imaging,Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to Jan-uary 2024 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the reference group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)according to the random number table method. The reference group underwent ultrasound-guided lung biopsy, and the experimental group underwent CT-guided lung biopsy. The diagnostic efficiency and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of puncture in test group was higher than that in reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective time of puncture in test group was less than that in reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total puncture time of test group was shorter than that of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average puncture depth of test group was longer than that of reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of reference group was higher than that of test group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease patients with pulmonary nodules,CT-guided lung biopsy has certain application value. The reason is that lung puncture biopsy is mainly for the early diagnosis of lung diseases, and CT-guided biopsy can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients. At the same time, the incidence of postoperative complications in patients un-dergoing CT-guided treatment is low, indicating that it has a high safety and is worth promoting.
