Distribution and drug sensitivity analysis of ultra-broad spectrum β-lac-tamase in real estate with blood disease
Objective To analyze the distribution and drug sensitivity of extended-spectrum β-lactamase(ESBLs)bacte-ria in the real estate of blood diseases in the First People's Hospital of Jiujiang City(hereinafter referred to as"our hospital")from January 2020 to November 2021.Methods A total of 138 patients in the hematology ward of our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study objects.Secretions of patients were collected for pathogen culture, and the distribution and drug sensitivity of ESBLs-producing bacteria were analyzed. Results The majority of Gram-negative bacteria were isolated with 160 isolates, accounting for 80.00%,followed by fungi and Gram-positive bacteria with 22 iso-lates and 18 isolates respectively.Among them, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumoniae were the most common.A total of 200 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the hematology ward of our hospital, mainly in sputum, midstream urine, throat swab, and less in anal swab and stool.A total of 56 strains of ESBLs were detected from 200 pathogens, accounting for 28.00%.Most of them were detected from midstream urine and throat swab, but none were detected from pus, anal swab and stool. In addition to the low resistance rate to imipenem and meropenem, the resistance rate to most antibiotics of ESBLs bacteria in our hospital was high. Conclusion The blood pathogens in our hospital are mainly Gram-negative bacteria, and the resistance rate to antibiotics is high.Clinical attention should be paid to the infec-tion of such strains, which should be paid to the prevention and control of hospital infection to avoid the outbreak and epi-demic of drug-resistant bacteria.
