Application effect of dot-matrix erbium laser on abdominal stretch marks
Objective To investigate the effect of dot-ma trix erbium laser in the treatment of abdominal stretch marks.Methods A total of 100 patients with abdominal stretch marks admitted to the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery,June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carbon dioxide dot matrix laser(10 600 nm),and the obser-vation group was treated with 2 940 nm erbium glass dot-matrix laser.The clinical therapeutic effect,aesthetic score,patient satisfaction,duration of adverse reaction remission and abdominal pregnancy stretch marks 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than that of con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 6 months of treatment,aesthetic score,patient sat-isfaction score,skin elasticity and epidermal thickness of observation group were higher than those of control group,while stretch mark width,roughness and depression volume of observation group were lower than those of control group,with sta-tistical significances(P＜0.05).The remission time of adverse reactions in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).C onclusion The treatment of abdominal stretch marks with dot-matrix erbium laser can not only improve the clinical manifestations but also improve the therapeutic effect,which plays an important role in improving patient satisfaction,and it is also safe and worthy of promotion.
