Objective To investigate the current situation and explore factors influencing the mental health literacy of the elderly with hypertensive patients in community.Methods A total of 180 elderly hypertension patients from 5 communities in Heze City from July to October 2023 were selected as research objects by convenience sampling method.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the mental health literacy and influencing factors of elderly hypertension patients.Results The score of mental health literacy of the elderly patients with hypertension in community were(9.05±4.95)points.The influencing factors of mental health literacy of the elderly patients with hypertensive in community included educational level,medication compliance,hypertension course and hypertension complications(P＜0.05).Conclusion The level of mental health literacy of the elderly hypertensive patients in the community is in the middle and low level.So the community service personnel should pay attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly patients with hypertension and carry out targeted intervention measures,to improve the level of mental health literacy of elderly patients with hypertension in community.
