Objective To investigate the childbearing desire of the three children of childbearing age in Qiqihar by questionnaire and analyze the current situation and influencing factors,so as to provide basis for the formulation of relevant intervention measures.Methods By using the convenient sampling method,230 people of childbearing age in Qiqihar were investigated and analyzed by electronic questionnaire from November 2022 to April 2023.Results 17.4%of the 230 questionnaires were willing to have children.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in childbearing desire,current life pressure,influence of childbearing on mother's employment,local childcare service,basic education facilities and maternal and child medical service satisfaction among childbearing age groups in Qiqihar area(P＜0.05).Current life stress(β=-2.059,OR=0.128,95%CI:0.040-0.407),satisfaction with local nursery services(β=2.864,OR=17.534,95%CI:2.042-150.538),satisfaction with basic education facilities at the stage of compulsory education(not satisfacted β=2.787,OR=16.237,95%CI:1.327-198.651,general β=2.947,OR=19.058,95%CI:1.214-299.119,satisfaction β=3.292,OR=26.89,95%CI:2.219-325.882,very satisfied with β=2.952,OR=19.149,95%CI:1.473-255.124)were independent factors affecting the childbearing desire of the population of childbearing age in Qiqihar.Conclusion Under the three-child policy,the childbearing desire of the childbearing age population in Qiqihar is low,and there are many factors affecting the childbearing desire of the childbearing age population.
