床旁脉冲预处理对流产吸引管清洗质量的影响

目的 通过对流产吸引管预处理方法进行改进,探索预处理时机与方法对管腔器械清洗质量的影响。方法 选取 2020 年 7 月至 2022 年 7 月梧州市红十字会医院使用的 600 件流产吸引管为研究对象,按照抽签分组法分为A组(n=200)、B1 组(n=200)和B2 组(n=200)。A组预处理采用在流产吸引管使用后马上床旁使用负压吸引恒温多酶清洗剂进行脉冲冲洗管腔内壁方式进行处理;B1 组和B2 组预处理采用在流产吸引管使用后马上采用流动水下冲洗管腔内壁进行处理。经预处理的器械均放置 3 h后集中回收到供应室进行进一步处理,A组直接放入超声波清洗机超声清洗 5 min;B1 组在常温多酶洗剂内浸泡 20 min后再放入超声波清洗机超声清洗 5 min;B2 组在常温多酶清洗剂内浸泡 15 min后用毛刷在液面下贯通管腔来回刷洗 5 次后再放入超声波清洗机超声清洗5 min。比较三组器械清洗质量。结果 A组残留蛋白检测合格率、隐血试验合格率、白色通条检查合格率、带光源放大镜检查合格率均高于B1 组和B2 组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。001)。结论 改进预处理方法将器械有效预处理的地点前移至使用科室,预处理时间前移至术后即时,既践行行业标准,又改进预处理方法,抓住污染管腔器械最佳处理时间以及酶洗剂最强效果,利用脉冲原理使污物从管腔内壁剥离达到理想的预处理效果,进而提高器械清洗质量。
Effect of bedside pulse pretreatment on cleaning quality of abortion suc-tion tube
Objective By improving the pretreatment method of abortion suction tube,the influence of pretreatment time and method on the cleaning quality of luminal instruments were explored.Methods A total of 600 abortion suction tubes used in Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into group A(n=200),group B1(n=200)and group B2(n=200)according to the drawing method.The pretreatment of group A was per-formed by pulse flushing the inner wall of the tube with negative pressure suction constant temperature multi-enzyme cleaning agent next to the bed immediately after the abortion suction tube was used.Group B1 and group B2 were pretreat-ed by running underwater flushing the inner wall of the tube immediately after the abortion suction tube was used.After being placed for 3 h,the pre-treated instruments were collected and sent to the supply room for further treatment.Group A were directly put into the ultrasonic cleaning machine for ultrasonic cleaning for 5 min.Group B1 was soaked in multi-en-zyme lotion at room temperature for 20 min,and then washed by ultrasonic cleaning machine for 5 min.Group B2 was soaked in multi-enzyme cleaning agent at normal temperature for 15 min,and then brushed through the tube cavity with a brush for 5 times under the liquid level,and then put into the ultrasonic cleaning machine for ultrasonic cleaning for 5 min.The cleaning quality of three groups of instruments were compared.Results The pass rate of residual protein test,occultary blood test,white strip test and magnifying glass test in group A were higher than those in group B1 and B2,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion To improve the pretreatment method,the site of effective pre-treatment of instruments was moved to the department of use,and the pretreatment time was moved to the immediate post-operative time,which not only practiced the industry standard,but also improved the pretreatment method,seized the best treatment time of contaminated lumen instruments and the strongest effect of enzyme lotion,and used the pulse principle to peel the dirt from the inner wall of lumen to achieve the ideal pretreatment effect,t hus improving the cleaning quality of instruments.
