Exploration and practice of situational simulation teaching combined with problem based learning teaching mode in standardized training of anes-thesiology department
Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching combined with problem based learning(PBL)teaching mode in standardized training of anesthesiology department.Methods A total of 45 residents of the Affiliated Lianyungang Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University who participated in standardized training for anesthesiology residents from September 2021 to January 2023 were divided into situational simulation teaching group(group S),situational simulation teaching combined with PBL group(group SP)and control group(group C)according to the admission time.There were 15 residents in each group.Group S adopts simulated operating room environment for case teaching,group SP adopts PBL teaching method on the basis of group S,and group C adopts traditional teaching method.The three groups of anesthe-siology training doctors simulated cases were compared in terms of assessment results,exam theory,practice results and sat-isfaction.Results The simulated case theory test scores of anesthesiologists in group S and group SP were higher than those in group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The skill test scores of group C and group S were lower than those of group SP,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group C and group S in simulated case theory examination(P>0.05).The satisfaction of group SP was higher than that in group C and group S,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical thinking ability and theoreti-cal knowledge mastery of group SP were better than those in group C and group S,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching combined with PBL teaching method can effectively improve the emergency handling ability of anesthesiologists in simulated cases and improve the teaching quality of standardized anesthesia training.
