Effect of the three-dimensional teaching model of micro course-massive open online course-flipped classroom and ideological and political edu-cation in the clinical teaching of pathogenic biology and immunology
Objective To explore the effect of the three-dimensional teaching model of micro course-massive open online course-flipped classroom and ideological and political education in the clinical teaching of pathogenic biology and im-munology.Methods From February to June 2023,47 clinical students from Class 5 and 55 clinical students from Class 6 of clinical nedicine major of Grade 2022 in Yueyang Vocational and Technical College were selected as the research objects,Class 5 was selected as the control group,and Class 6 was selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted the three-dimensional teaching model of micro course-massive open online course-flipped classroom,and the experimental group adopted the three-dimensional teaching model of micro course-massive open online course-flipped classroom and ideological and political education.The final grades,learning interest,practical ability,teamwork ability,independent learn-ing ability,problem solving ability,theoretical knowledge mastery ability,problem analysis ability,self-management ability,thinking ability and teaching method satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Results The final score of ex-perimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learn-ing interest,practical ability,teamwork ability,independent learning ability,problem solving ability,theoretical knowledge mastery ability,problem analysis ability,self-management ability,thinking ability and teaching method satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Con-clusion The three-dimensional teaching model of micro course-massive open online course-flipped classroom and ideo-logical and political education can improve the teaching level of pathogenic biology and immunology,promote students to improve their theoretical achievements,and cultivate ideological and moral quality.It is a new teaching model that meets the training needs of medical students,and helps to train medical professionals with both moral and ability and all-round devel-opment.
