Application effect of out-of-hospital extension service based on humanis-tic background in gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist therapy for girls with central precocious puberty
Objective To explore the application of out-of-hospital extension service based on humanistic background in the treatment of central precocious puberty(CPP)girls with gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa).Methods A total of 80 CPP girls admitted to Yingtan People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected and divided into ob-servation group and control group by random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received rou-tine nursing service,while the observation group was given out-of-hospital extension service based on humanistic back-ground on the basis of the control group.The growth indicators(height and bone age),growth rate(height standard deviation score for chronological age[HtSDSCA]and height standard deviation score for bone age[HtSDSBA])and psychological be-haviors scores,satisfaction were compared between both groups of children and family.Results At 6 months after interven-tion,the height,bone age,HtSDSBA score and HtSDSCA score in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The psychological scores of social activity disorder,psychological de-pression,communication disorder and hyperactivity in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the intexes of observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of out-of-hospital extension service based on humanistic background in the GnRHa treatment of CPP girls can further reduce the growth rate of children and help to improve the psychological status.
