Application effect of safe and comfortable nursing on hemodialysis pa-tients with mature autogenous arteriovenous fistula
Objective To observe the effect of safe and comfortable nursing on hemodialysis patients with mature autoge-nous arteriovenous fistula. Methods A total of 80 patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent maintenance hemodialysis through arteriovenous fistula in the Pingxiang NO.2 People's Hospital,Jiangxi Province from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as research objects, and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases)by envelope method. The control group received routine hemodialysis nursing, and the experimental group received both safe and comfortable nursing for internal fistula management. The complication rate and the comfort score of internal fistula were compared between the two groups in the first month after internal fistula maturation. Results The total incidence of complications in the first month after fistula maturation in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of psychology, internal fistula limbs and daily living activities of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the scores of disease uncertainty were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of internal fistula nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group, with sta-tistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of safe and comfortable nursing for patients with autologous arteriovenous fistula at the early stage of hemodialysis can significantly improve the safety and comfort of the use of internal fistula, reduce the disease uncertainty of patients, and improve the satisfaction of patients with internal fistula nursing.
