至阴穴艾灸联合超声下臀位倒转术对妊娠临床结局影响的护理研究

目的 探究至阴穴艾灸联合超声下臀位倒转术对妊娠临床结局的影响。方法 选取 2022年 1月至 2023年 8月在赣州市妇幼保健院定期产前检查、分娩的 60 例妊娠晚期单胎产妇作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30 例)和联合组(30 例)。对照组采用常规护理结合超声下臀位倒转术，联合组在对照组方法的基础上加用至阴穴艾灸。比较两组的臀位矫正成功率、分娩情况、护理服务满意度、新生儿的相关情况。结果 联合组产妇的臀位矫正成功率(76。67%)高于对照组(50。00%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05);两组的分娩情况比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。两组新生儿的体重、脐动脉血糖比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0。05)。联合组新生儿的血氧分压、新生儿 1 min Apgar评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)。对照组、联合组的护理服务总满意度分别为 63。33%、83。33%，两组护理服务总满意度比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0。05)。结论 至阴穴艾灸联合超声下臀位倒转术可提高臀位矫正成功率以及阴道分娩率，临床应用价值显著，值得推广。
Nursing study on the effect of moxibustion at Zhiyin acupoint combined with ultrasound-guided breech cephalic version on the clinical outcome of pregnancy
Objective To explore the effect of moxibustion at Zhiyin acupoint combined with ultrasound-guided breech cephalic version on the clinical outcome of pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 singleton parturients in the third trimester of pregnancy who had regular prenatal examination and delivered in Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and combined group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group was intervened with routine nursing combined with ul-trasound-guided breech cephalic version,and the combined group was intervened with moxibustion at Zhiyin acupoint on the basis of the control group.The success rate of breech correction,delivery conditions,nursing service satisfaction and the related conditions of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of breech correction in the combined group(76.67%)was higher than that in the control group(50.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was statistically significant difference in delivery conditions between the two groups(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in neonatal weight and umbilical artery blood glucose between the two groups(P＞0.05).The blood oxygen partial pressure and 1 min Apgar score of the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing service in the control group and the combined group were 63.33%and 83.33%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the total satisfaction of nursing service between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at Zhiyin acupoint combined with ultrasound-guided breech cephalic version can improve the success rate of breech correction and vaginal delivery,which has significant clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.
