Application value of cognitive-behavioral intervention based on situation analysis after interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysms
Objective To explore the application value of cognitive-behavioral intervention based on situation analysis after interventional embolization of cerebral aneurysms. Methods A total of 60 patients with cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization admitted to Yicun People's Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases). The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group carried out cognitive behavioral intervention based on situation analysis on the basis of the control group. The self-management,medication compliance, mental state and quality of life of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of self-management level, psychological state and quality of life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative application of cognitive-behavioral intervention based on situation analysis in patients with cerebral aneurysm interventional embolization has significantly improved their adverse emotions, their medication compliance and self-management level, and their quality of life has improved to some extent, which is worthy of recommendation.
