Objective To explore the application effect of green channel consultation process in severe trauma patients in e-mergency department.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe trauma in Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were retrospectively selected as the research objects.With the end of October 2021 as the dividing line,30 pa-tients were selected as the control group from January to October 2021 before the creation of the green channel.After the green channel was created from November 2021 to August 2022,30 patients were selected as the observation group.The success rate of treatment,special examination time(time for radiography and CT examination),emergency waiting time and operation time were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of treatment in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The waiting time for emergency treatment,blood delivery time,examination time and special examination time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application value of green channel con-sultation process for severe trauma patients in emergency department is high,which can shorten the waiting time of patients in each link,improve the timeliness of rescue patients and the success rate of clinical treatment.
