Effect of home-assisted training combined with graded comprehensive movement intervention on core symptoms and cognitive function in chil-dren with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Objective To explore the application value of family assisted training combined with graded integrated exercise intervention in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods A total of 80 children with ADHD admitted to Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study ob-jects and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The observation group was treated with family assisted training combined with graded comprehensive exercise in-tervention,while the control group was treated with graded comprehensive exercise intervention.The core symptoms,cogni-tive function,life ability,family function,intervention effect and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in core symptoms,cognitive function,life ability and family function between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the score of Conners parental symptom questionnaire(PSQ)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of parenting style assessment scale(EMBU)was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of Raven standard reasoning test(RSPM)was lower than that of control group,the score of infant-middle school social living ability scale was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family mem-bers in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Family assisted training combined with graded comprehensive exercise intervention can improve ADHD core symptoms and cognitive function,improve life ability and family function,and improve family satisfaction.
