Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)quantitative analysis in the di-agnosis of femoroacet abular impingement(FAI).Methods A total of 70 suspected FAI patients admitted to Hongdu Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Nanchang from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the final diagnosis of the patients,they were divided into FAI group(41 cases)and non FAI group(29 cases).The MRI parameters of the two groups were compared.The diagnostic value of MRI parameters in patients with FAI was analyzed by drawing the subject working characteristic curve(ROC).Results The α angle(AA),1 o'clock acetabular antev-ersion angle(AV1),and posterior hip white area angle(PASA)of the FAI group were greater than those of the non FAI group,and the eccentricity(FHNO)of the FAI group was shorter than that of the non FAI group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The sensitivity of MRI imaging parameters combined with indicators for the diagnostic value of FAI was 91.17％,specificity was 86.25％,and AUC was 0.913.Conclusion MRI imaging examination has high value in the diagnosis of FAI,and MRI examination can be used clinically according to the actual situation to improve the accuracy of FAI diagnosis.
