Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yueju Pills combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of patients with pre-diabetes mellitus(PDM).Methods A total of 60 patients with PDM admitted to First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Metformin Hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Yueju Pills combined with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score and body weight of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and body weight of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were ob-served in both groups.Conclusion The treatment of PDM patients with Yueju Pills combined with Baduanjin has a good clinical effect,which is beneficial to improve blood glucose and blood lipid levels,reduce weight and relieve clinical symp-toms.and is worth popularization.
