摘要
目的 观察益智开窍十三针疗法配合康复训练在治疗小儿孤独症中的临床效果.方法 选取2021年7月至2023年1月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院收治的120例孤独症患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60).对照组采用康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上配合针刺治疗,采用益智开窍十三针疗法.比较两组患儿治疗前后的儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、孤独症行为评定量表(ABC)和Gesell发育量表(包括社会适应、语言和个人社交)评分.结果 治疗前,两组患儿CARS评分、ABC评分及Gesell发育量表中社会适应、语言、个人社交能区各评分的比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后,两组患儿CARS、ABC评分及Gesell发育量表中社会适应、语言和个人社交的评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组CARS评分、ABC评分及Gesell发育量表中社会适应、语言、个人社交的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 益智开窍十三针疗法配合康复治疗小儿孤独症效果确切,有助于改善小儿孤独症患儿病情,改善孤独症患儿社会适应、语言、个人社交能力,可临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yizhi Kaiqiao Thirteen Needling Therapy combined with rehabilita-tion training in the treatment of autistic children.Methods A total of 120 children with autism admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into the ob-servation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60)according to random number table method.The control group was treat-ed with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group,us-ing Yizhi Kaiqiao Thirteen Needling Therapy.The scores of childhood autism rating scale(CARS),autism behavior rating scale(ABC)and Gesell developmental scale(including social adjustment,language and personal socialization)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CARS score,ABC score and scores of social adjustment,language and personal social ability in the Gesell developmental scale between two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the scores of CARS,ABC score and Gesell developmental scale of so-cial adjustment,language and personal sociability in two groups were higher than before treatment,with statistical signifi-cance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of CARS,ABC and Gesell developmental scale in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yizhi Kaiqiao Thirteen Needling Therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism is effective,helpful to im-prove the condition of children with autism,improve the social adaptation,language,personal social ability of children with autism,can be clinically promoted.
