Objective To understand the status and trends of subjective cognitive impairment in China,so as to provide ref-erence for future research.Methods The research related to subjective cognitive impairment in the three major databases of CNJI,Wanfang and Weipu was searched from January 1,2014 to December 31,2023,and the map was drawn and interpreted by CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software.Results A total of 246 papers were included,and the number of published papers showed an overall rising trend,with the highest number reaching 48 in 2023.Han Ying,Wang Xiaoni and Yang Yanni posted the most;Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University ranked first in the number of publications;The high-frequency keywords mainly include the elderly,influencing factors,reliability and validity,depression and so on.Conclusion The field of subjective cognitive impairment research continues to develop,and the relationship between au-thors and institutions needs to be further strengthened.In the future,early diagnosis/screening,risk factor identification and community elderly management may become the research frontiers and trends in the future.
