摘要
目的 探讨企鹅式培育在产科新入职护士培训中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年8月1日至31日南京市妇幼保健院产科新入职的48名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=24).对照组采用传统带教方法进行护士培训,观察组采用企鹅式培育法进行护士培训.比较两组护士临床实践能力、护士职业幸福感及患者满意度的差异.结果 观察组临床实践能力(专业理论知识、专业操作技能、核心规章制度掌握、沟通能力、人文关怀能力)、护士职业幸福感、患者满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 企鹅式培育方式可有效提升新入职产科护士临床实践能力,提高护士职业幸福感,提高患者满意度,可广泛应用推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of penguin training in the training of new obstetric nurses.Meth-ods A total of 48 new obstetric nurses in the obstetrics department of Nanjing Women and Children's Healthcare Hospital from August 1 to 31,2021 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=24)and the observation group(n=24)according to random number table method.The control group was trained by traditional teaching method,and the observation group was trained by penguin training method.The differences of nurses'clinical practice ability,nurses'professional happiness and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Clinical practice ability(professional theoretical knowledge,professional operation skill,core rules and regulations,communication ability,humanistic care ability),nurses'professional happiness and patients'satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The penguin training method can effectively improve the clinical practice ability of new obstetric nurses,improve nurses'professional happiness and improve patients'satisfaction,and can be widely applied and promoted.
