Objective To study the quality management effect of applying quality control measures to blood purification nursing services. Methods A total of 120 nephropathy patients receiving blood purification treatment in Wuhan Caidian District People's Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected as study objects. The patients were divided into experimental group and routine group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The routine group adopted the traditional nursing management model. The test group provides quality control management measures related to blood purification treatment. The total complication rate, satisfaction evaluation of nursing service and quality of life before and after nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results The total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nurs-ing service in experimental group was higher than that in conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of experimental group after nursing were higher than that of conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control has high clinical value in the quality man-agement of blood purification nursing. It can not only effectively prevent and reduce the risk of complications, but also sig-nificantly improve patient satisfaction evaluation of nursing services, which is worth promoting.
