Objective To investigate the effect of phased focused care on anxiety and depression and outcome of intra-cooplasmic sperm injection(ICSI).Methods A total of 140 patients with severe oligoasthenospermia who received ICSI-as-sisted pregnancy in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study ob-jects.The patients were divided into control group(70 cases)and experimental group(70 cases)by random number table method. The control group received conventional nursing mode, and the experimental group received phased focused nursing mode.Differences in mood change, satisfaction and ICSI outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)after nursing in experimental group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TThe phased focused care model can significantly improve the treatment satisfaction of patients with severe oligonasthenospermia, which is con-ducive to positive improvement of emotional state, and does not affect the pregnancy outcome of ICSI.
