摘要

脊髓损伤(SCI)是临床骨科常见创伤性的疾病,具有发生率高、致残率高和耗费高的特点.SCI后轴突的修复一直以来是临床治疗和神经科学研究的难点.现有的西医治疗手段,如长期提供神经营养因子、进行组织细胞移植及组织工程技术等虽然在一定程度上可促进受损轴突的再生,但均不能使患者的神经再生和功能恢复达到理想的状态.中药具有多环节、多层次、多靶点的整合调节特点,治疗SCI效果确切,有着独特优势.补阳还五汤(BHD)是一种中医治疗SCI的复方,已被研究证实对SCI疗效确切,但其具体治疗机制尚且不明.因此,本文对BHD治疗SCI的相关机制进行整理与总结,以期为临床BHD治疗SCI提供理论支持.

Abstract

Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a common traumatic disease in clinical orthopedics,with high incidence,high dis-ability rate and high cost.The repair of axons after SCI has always been a difficult problem in clinical treatment and neuro-science research.Although the existing western medical treatment methods,such as long-term provision of neurotrophic factors,tissue cell transplantation and tissue engineering technology,can promote the regeneration of damaged axons to a certain extent,they can not achieve the ideal state of nerve regeneration and functional recovery of patients.Traditional Chi-nese medicine has the characteristics of multi-link,multi-level and multi-target integration regulation,and has a unique advantage in the treatment of SCI.Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BHD)is a compound of traditional Chinese medicine for treating SCI,which has been proven to be effective in treating SCI,but its specific therapeutic mechanism is still unknown.Therefore,this article collates and summarizes the related mechanisms of BHD in the treatment of SCI,in order to provide theoretical support for clinical BHD in the treatment of SCI.
