Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Sanhua Ointment in the treat-ment of facial infection without purulent sebaceous gland cyst
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with San-hua Ointment in the treatment of facial infection without purulent sebaceous gland cysts.Methods A total of sixty patients with facial infection and non purulent sebaceous gland cysts admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of TCM from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an obser-vation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing combined with external application of our hospital's self-made Sanhua Ointment,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing.The pain level,skin lesion degree,quality of life and serological indicators were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,skin lesion severity score,and lev-els of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the MOS item short from health survel(SF-36)score of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine e-motional nursing and Sanhua Ointment treatment can effectively control the development of non purulent sebaceous gland cysts in facial infections,alleviate pain,alleviate inflammation and skin lesions,improve quality of life,and have high clini-cal application value.
