Objective To observe the related influencing factors of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 82 patients with NAFLD admitted to Shangrao Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the NAFLD group, and 50 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group. The adenosine deaminase(ADA)activity, thyroid hormone(free triiodothyronine[FT3],free thyroxine[FT4])and thyroid stimulat-ing hormone(TSH)levels of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of NAFLD were analyzed by multi-variate logistic regression model. Results ADA activity and TSH levels in NAFLD group were higher than those in control group, and FT3 and FT4 levels in NAFLD group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression model analysis showed that ADA activity(β=0.671.OR=1.956,95%CI:1.259-3.040),FT3(β=-0.558,OR=1.747,95%CI:1.035-2.949),FT4(β=-0.611,OR=0.543,95%CI:0.299-0.985)and TSH(β=0.447,OR=1.564,95%CI:1.138-2.148)were independent influencing factors for the occurrence of NAFLD(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with healthy people,ADA activity and TSH levels are higher in patients with NAFLD,while FT3 and FT4 levels are lower. Moreover,ADA activity,FT3,FT4 and TSH levels are all independent influencing factors for the occurrence of NAFLD.Targeted measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of NAFLD.
