Objective To promote the standardization and rationalization of the clinical application of antibacterial drugs.Methods A total of 10 medical records were randomly selected from each department every month for comment in 2023.A total of 1 080 medical records were selected this time.The types of irrational drug use were analyzed.Results In 1 080 dis-charged medical records,103 patients were found to have irrational use of antibacterial drugs,with a reasonable rate of 90.46%.The main types of irrational use were insufficient evidence of using antibacterial drugs,inappropriate drug selec-tion,inappropriate maintenance time of antibacterial drugs,inappropriate combination of antibacterial drugs and so on.The top three departments with the highest proportion of unreasonable medical orders were pediatrics(39,37.86%),gynaecology(20,19.42%)and obstetrics(16,15.53%).Unreasonable use of top three antibacterial drug varieties were Cefuroxime(29,28.16%),Ceftazolin(19,18.45%)and Cefomizole(9,8.74%).Conclusion Irrational use of antibiotecs still exists in our work,so as to strengthen the management of the clinical application of antibacterial drugs and further improve the level of rational application of antibacterial drugs.
