摘要
目的 探讨小组管理模式对消毒供应中心护理质量及临床满意度的影响.方法 福建医科大学附属闽东医院消毒供应中心自2021年1月起在常规护理管理的基础上增加小组管理.选取福建医科大学附属闽东医院消毒供应中心2020年1月至12月的临床诊疗包、手术器械包及手术布类包作为对照组,2021年1月至12月抽查的临床诊疗包、手术器械包及手术布类包作为实验组.比较两组临床诊疗包及手术器械包的回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、存储、发放合格率;手术布类的包装、灭菌、存储、发放合格率;比较临床科室医护人员对消毒供应中心工作的满意度.结果 实验组的临床诊疗包、手术器械包的回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、存储、发放质量抽查合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组的手术布类的包装、灭菌、存储、发放合格率质量抽查合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);实验组的临床科室医护人员对消毒供应中心工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 小组管理模式能够有效提高消毒供应中心的护理质量和临床科室医护人员对消毒供应中心工作的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of group management mode on nursing quality and clinical satisfaction in disin-fection supply center.Methods The Disinfection and Supply Center of Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical Uni-versity added group management on the basis of routine nursing management from January 2021.Clinical diagnosis and treatment kits,surgical instrument kits,surgical cloth kits collected from the Disinfection Supply Center of Mindong Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group,while clinical di-agnosis and treatment kits,surgical instrument kits,surgical cloth kits sampled from January to December 2021 were select-ed as the experimental group.The qualified rates of pre-treatment,recycling,cleaning,packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution of clinical diagnosis and treatment kits and surgical instrument kits were compared between the two groups.The qualified rate of packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution of surgical cloth,qualified rate of storage and satisfaction of medical staff in clinical departments about the work of disinfection supply center were compared.Results The qualified rates of qualified rates of pre-treatment,recycling,cleaning,packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution in clinical diagnosis and treatment kit and surgical instrument kit in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The qualified rates of pre-treatment,recycling,cleaning,packaging,sterilization,storage and distribution in surgical cloth in the experimental group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in clinical departments of the ex-perimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion The group management model can effectively improve the nursing quality of the disinfection supply center and the satisfaction of medical staff to the work of the disinfection supply center.
