Clinical effect of analgesic moxibustion patch combined with aerosol skin cold spray on relieving pain of tumor patients after infusion port implan-tation
Objective To explore the clinical effect of analgesic moxibustion patch combined with aerosol skin cold spray on relieving pain of tumor patients after infusion port implantation.Methods A total of 120 tumor patients who accepted infu-sion port implantation admitted to the Department of General Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine postoperative care after infusion port implantation surgery,and the observation group was given analgesic moxibustion patch combined with aerosol skin coldspray for postoperative pain care.The effect of pain improvement and patients'satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in pain scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).The VAS scores of patients 12,24 and 48 hours of the two groups after intervention were lower than those of the same group before intervention,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The VAS scores in observation group at 12,24 and 48 hours after intervention were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of skin adverse reac-tions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Analgesic moxibustion patch combined with aerosol skin cold spray can effectively reduce postoperative pain,reduce skin adverse reactions,and improve the overall satisfaction of nursing.
