Objective To analyze the effect of improved broadcast gymnastics combined with nutritional guidance on cervi-cal cancer patients during radiotherapy based on Baduanjin theory. Methods A total of 150 patients with cervical cancer treated with radiotherapy in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases)according to random number table method. The control group received nutritional guidance, and the observation group combined with improved broadcast gymnastics intervention based on the theory of Baduanjin on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated until the end of radiation therapy.Nutritional indexes(total protein[TP],prealbumin[PA],hemoglobin[Hb]),blood indexes(erythrocyte sedimentation rate[ESR],hematocrit[HCT]and red blood cell[RBC]),quality of life(quality of life questionnaire core items 30[QLQ-C30])and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After inter-vention,the levels of TP,PA and Hb in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,RBC in observation group was higher than that of control group,ESR and HCT were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on Baduanjin theory, the improvement of radio gymnas-tics combined with nutritional guidance can improve the nutritional status of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy,re-duce the incidence of complications, regulate blood indexes and improve the quality of life.
