The incidence rate of oral malignant tumors is high,and the current treatment is mainly focused on the physical treatment level,with less attention paid to the psychological aspects of patients and the prognosis of the disease.However,anxiety and depression are common in this group.Nursing,as an important component of clinical medicine,focuses more on the overall recovery of patients and accelerates their recovery.This article conducted a literature search and review on peri-operative anxiety and depression,restoring their current status and providing theoretical basis for targeted work in the future.Anesthesia not only ensures the smooth completion of surgery,but also corrects damaged physiological functions,reduces stress levels,and restores body homeostasis.This article reviews the epidemiology of oral malignant tumors,anxiety and de-pression in patients with oral malignant tumors,the role of anesthesia in the perioperative period of oral malignant tumor pa-tients,and the perioperative management of oral malignant tumor surgery patients.It demonstrates the importance of anes-thesia nursing for the rehabilitation of this group of patients,emphasizes the necessity of interdisciplinary cooperation,and aims to provide guidance for future research and practice.
