Application effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Aspirin Enter-ic-coated Tablet and Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablet on patients with cold coagulation and pulse syndrome after percutaneous coronary intervention in acute coronary syndrome
Objective To explore the curative effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablet and Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablet on patients with cold coagulation and pulse syndrome after percutaneous coronary interven-tion(PCI)for acute coronary syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with cold coagulation cardio-pulse syndrome after PCI treated in Yueyang People's Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were di-vided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method(each group had 60 cases).The con-trol group was treated with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablet combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablet after PCI,and the study group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,cardiac function indexes(left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF]and brain na-triuretic peptide[BNP])and the levels of inflammatory factors(tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],high-sensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP]and interleukin-18[IL-18])before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Traditional Chinere medicine syndrome score,BNP,TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-18 after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and LVEF level after treatment was higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,BNP,TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-18 of the study group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,and the LVEF level of the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills com-bined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablet and Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablet can improve the cardiac function of patients with cold coagulation and pulse syndrome after PCI of acute coronary syndrome,reduce their inflammatory reaction and improve the therapeutic effect.
