产教融合是高职院校创新人才培养的有效路径,而课程建设是落实产教融合的关键和支撑.人体解剖学是医学相关专业的专业基础课程,大多数院校课程教学存在和专业脱节、和需求脱节的问题.人体解剖学课程改革应立足专业人才培养目标,对接行业发展前沿,构建专业特色鲜明的教学体系,提高课程教学的针对性、实用性和科学性.以成果为导向,以各级各类项目为建设标准,在重构教学内容、创新教学模式、建设优质教学团队和教学资源等各方面进行积极的探索和实践.通过不断地改革和创新,推动课程高质量发展,培养学生的应用能力、数字化能力和创新能力,提升人才培养质量.
Integration of production and education is an effective way to train innovative talents in higher vocational col-leges,and curriculum construction is the key and support to implement integration of production and education.Human anatomy is a basic course for medical related majors.There are problems of disconnection between teaching and specialty and demand in most colleges and universities.The curriculum reform of human anatomy should be based on the goal of pro-fessional personnel training,connect with the forefront of industry development,build a teaching system with distinctive pro-fessional characteristics,and improve the pertinence,practicability and scientificity of curriculum teaching.Results-orient-ed,with various types of projects at all levels as the construction standard,it has actively explored and practiced in various aspects such as reconstructing teaching content,innovating teaching mode,building high-quality teaching teams and teach-ing resources.Through continuous reform and innovation,we will promote the high-quality development of courses,cultivate students'application ability,digital ability and innovation ability,and improve the quality of talent training.
