Objective To explore the clinical application value of CT data three-dimensional digital simulation reconstruc-tion in the diagnosis of nerve root cervical spondylosis(CSR).Methods The data of 30 cases of CSR patients caused by honey root canal stenosis received by Korla Hospital of the Second Division from March 2022 to March 2024 were collected,and it was included in the CSR group.In addition,the case data of 30 patients received from the hospital in the same period with no CSR after clinical examination were collected,and it was included into non-CSR group.Patients all received CT da-ta three-dimensional digital simulation reconstruction examination,comparing the minimum oblique sagittal cross-sectional area of the total cervical nerve root canal of the two groups.The subject's work characteristics(ROC)curve was drawed,and the clinical value of CT data three-dimensional digital simulation reconstruction diagnosis CSR was analyzed.Results A-mong the 30 CSR patients,there were 12 cases,10 cases and 8 cases of C4/5,C5/6 and C6/7 respectively.And the average average of the minimum oblique sagittal section of the total cervical root canal of each segment was(25.49±3.05)mm2.The minimum oblique sagittal cross-sectional area of the total cervical nerve root canal in each segment of the non-CSR group of 30 cases was(27.72±3.05)mm2.The minimum oblique sagittal section of the total cervical root canal of patients in the CSR group was(25.49±3.05)mm2,which was lower than that of the non-CSR group(27.55±3.24)mm2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the minimum oblique sagittal cross-section value of the total cervical nerve root canal was related to CSR(P<0.05).The ROC curve was drawned,and the results suggested that the cross-sectional area value diagnosis CSR has a certain value,and the AUC value was 0.794(95%CI:0.682-0.905,P<0.05),and when the cut-off value of the cross-sectional area value is 25.495 mm2,the best di-agnostic value can be obtained.Conclusion CT data three-dimensional digital simulation reconstruction diagnosis CSR has certain value.
