摘要
目的 基于真实世界研究,了解红曲胶囊的降血脂效果,为高脂血症患者的预防和治疗提供依据和参考.方法 采用横断面研究法,选取2023年9月1日至2024年9月1日来自10个地区服用红曲胶囊的491例高脂血症患者为研究对象,采用自主设计问卷调查法收集患者的人口学特征、健康状况、用药情况等资料,分析总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Non-HDL-C)水平的变化情况.同时将491例患者根据是否联合他汀类药物用药分为单用红曲胶囊组、联合他汀类药物组,比较两组患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、Non-HDL-C水平.结果 服用红曲胶囊后,491例高脂血症患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、Non-HDL-C水平均下降,HDL-C水平上升,总达标率及各指标达标率均提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).服用红曲胶囊不同时间段其TC下降值(ΔTC)、TG下降值(ΔTG)、LDL-C下降值(ΔLDL-C)、Non-HDL-C下降值(ΔNon-HDL-C)的均值为正值,HDL-C下降值(ΔHDL-C)的均值整体为负值.亚组分析可知,两组的TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、Non-HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 红曲胶囊具有较好的降血脂效果,能降低患者的TC、TG、LDL-C、Non-HDL-C水平,升高HDL-C水平,且红曲胶囊降血脂效果不亚于他汀类药物.
Abstract
Objective Based on the real-world study,to understand the effect of Monascus Capsule on lowering blood lipids,and to provide basis and reference for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia patients.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted to select 491 patients with hyperlipidemia from 10 regions who took Monascus Capsule from September 1,2023 to September 1,2024.The demographic characteristics,health status and drug use of the patients were collected by self-designed questionnaire.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(Non-HDL-C)were analyzed.At the same time,491 patients were divided into use Monascus Capsule alone group and combined with the statin group according to whether they were combined with statins or not,and the TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and Non-HDL-C levels were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and Non-HDL-C of 491 patients with hyperlipidemia were decreased,while the levels of HDL-C were increased,and the total compliance rate and the compliance rate of each index were increased,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).The mean values of TC decrease(ΔTC),TG decrease(ΔTG),LDL-C decrease(ΔLDL-C)and Non-HDL-C decrease(ΔNon-HDL-C)in different periods of taking Monascus Capsule were positive,and the mean values of HDL-C decrease(ΔHDL-C)were negative overall.Subgroup analysis showed that there were no statistical significances in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and Non-HDL-C between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Monascus Capsule has good effect on lowering blood lipids,which can reduce the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and Non-HDL-C in patients and increase the level of HDL-C,and the effect of Monascus Capsule on lowering blood lipids is no less than that of statins.
