摘要

目的:分析非疾病状态人群外周血中淋巴细胞(LYM)数值、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在不同性别人群随年龄变化的特征和规律,探讨这些指标用于评价非疾病状态人群免疫水平的可行性.方法:研究数据来自2019年1月至12月期间在河北中石油中心医院进行健康体检的人群,选取28~60岁年龄区间内10 998例(男性5 509例,女性5 489例)非疾病状态人员,对其外周血LYM和NLR数值进行分析,按性别分别绘制散点图,进一步探讨这些指标在不同性别人群中,随年龄变化的差异和规律.结果:28~60岁年龄区间内,随年龄增长,男性和女性LYM、NLR散点图拟合曲线各自呈现规律性变化,其中,男性组LYM呈单调递减趋势,NLR呈单调递增趋势.女性组LYM随年龄增长大致呈"U"形,在28~30岁年龄区间,拟合曲线平直,LYM值约在(1.93~1.96)×109/L,30~35岁区间,呈下降趋势;35~50岁年龄区间,拟合曲线基本保持水平状态,LYM均值(1.79±0.02)×109/L;50~60岁年龄区间,拟合曲线呈上升趋势;NLR随着年龄的增长大致呈倒"U"形,在40~41岁年龄区间达到最大值.结论:LYM、NLR水平既有性别特征,又有年龄规律,作为非疾病状态人群免疫状态客观评估和健康管理的有效参考指标具有可行性.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the changes in the number of lymphocyte and neutrophils as well as neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio with age in peripheral blood of general population,and to explore the feasibility of applying the findings in evaluating individual immune level.Methods:A total of 10 998 non-diseased individuals(5 509 males and 5 489 females)aged 28~60 years who took physical examination from January to December 2019 at Heibei PetroChina Central Hospital were recruited.The LYM and NLR of peripheral blood were collected and scatter plots were created to further explore the differences and trends of age-related changes in different gender groups.Results:With the increase of age,the fitting curves of scatter plots of LYM and NLR in male and female demonstrated regular changes respectively.In male group,the trend of LYM presented monotone decreasing tendency while the trend of NLR resented monotone Increasing tendency;in female group,the trend of LYM displayed a U-shape with age,and the fitting curve was flat within the age range of 28~30 years with the LYM value around 1.93~1.96×109/L,and showed a downward trend within the age range of 30~35 years;within the age range of 35~50 years,the fitting curve was basically flat with the LYM value around(1.79±0.02)×109/L;within the age range of 50~60 years,the fitting curve showed a upward trend.The trend of NLR displayed a inverted U-shape with age and the highest value was reached at the age of 40~41 years.Conclusions:LYM and NLR have both gender related characteristics and age-related patterns,and it is feasible to be used as an effective reference indicator for objective evaluation of immune status and health management in non-diseased population.
