摘要
本文以政策分析和文献计量为基本方法,系统回顾卫生技术评估在我国的实践与发展脉络.以政策法规为背景探讨卫生技术评估工作开展的社会基础.以机构设置和职能表述为线索探讨卫生技术评估在我国发展的进程和各阶段主要成果.以动力-压力-权力体系结构分析卫生技术评估的发展与推广机制,并结合国内外研究现状与动态分析我国卫生技术评估发展趋势.
Abstract
Based on policy analysis and bibliometrics methods,this article systematically review the practice and development of health technology assessment(HTA)in China.Discuss the social basis for HTA based on the background of policies and regulations.This article explores the development process of HTA in China and its main achievements at each stage using the institutional structure and functional expression as clues.The development and promotion mechanism of health technology assessment is analyzed based on the Motivation-Pressure-Power system structure,and the development trend of HTA in China is analyzed based on global research trends.
