Worldwide,obesity has become an urgent public health challenge.This study focuses on the solution of obesity problem,and deeply analyzes the application status,implementation path and intervention mechanism of body-medicine integration in middle-aged and young obese people.Research reveals that early screening,detection and prevention of obesity is particularly critical.Although the mode of physical medicine integration has not been completely unified,its value has been widely recognized.However,there are some limitations in the health service model of hospitals,colleges and communities.Although the hospital has advantages in diagnosis and treatment ability,it is unable to carry out the training plan in the later stage.The university model needs to adjust the educational syllabus,although the operation is complicated,but the need to follow up cannot be ignored.In contrast,the community club model has won the strong support of the national policy for its feasibility,practicability and pertinence.In view of this,the article proposes to further improve the community health service system,and actively explore the construction of health service system with Chinese characteristics.This system aims to reduce the incidence of disease,avoid the occurrence of disease,extend the life span of people,and effectively reduce the burden of health care,thus achieving the far-reaching goals of the Healthy China strategy.
