Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with liver cancer undergoing first chemotherapy. Methods:A total of 60 patients with liver cancer admitted from June 2021 to June 2023 were se-lected.The general data such as age and gender of patients were collected. The quality of life, negative emotions, social support level and family care degree of patients were evaluated by Quality of Life Scale for Liver Cancer(QOL—LC),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Family APGAR Index(APGAR).Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with liver cancer.Pearson correlation analysis was applied to analyze the relationship of quality of life with negative emotions, social support level and family care degree in pa-tients with liver cancer. Results:The QOL—LC score of 60 patients ranged from 107 to 196 points, with an average of(158.93±15.89)points.Univariate analysis showed that living alone,Karnofsky performance score,HAMA score,HAMD score, social support and family care degree were the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with liv-er cancer(t=2.032,2.876,61.499,63.672,79.097,82.342;P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis re-vealed that anxiety, depression, low social support level were independent risk factors for quality of life in patients with liver cancer(Or=3.888,3.418,0.291;95%CI=1.423-10.628,1.509-7.739,0.141-0.599).Pearson correlation a-nalysis manifested that QOL—LC score was negatively correlated with HAMA score and HAMD score(r=-0.428,-0.475;P<0.001),and was positively correlated with SSRS score and APGAR score(r=0.524,0.537;P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychological status, social support level are independent influencing factors of quality of life in patients with liver cancer undergoing first chemotherapy.
